Advantage Password Policy
  • Passwords cannot be the same as one of your previous 24 passwords.
  • Passwords may not contain your username or your name.
    • Example: user logon john.doe password cannot contain john or doe.
  • Passwords must be at least seven characters long.
  • Passwords must contain characters from at least three of the following four character types:
    • English upper case letter (example: A, B, C, etc.)
    • English lower case letter (example: a, b, c, etc.)
    • Number (example: 0, 1, 2, etc.)
    • Non-alphanumeric (example, -, &, $, #, etc.)
  • You can only change your password once in a 24 hour period.

Resetting your password will change
your password for the following systems:
  • ASM Connects
  • JET
  • AS Connects
  • Outlook Web Access
  • ASM Computer Login
  • enCompass
  • Helpdesk Website
  • VPN Client
  • Genweb
  • Concur
  • Workscape
  • Virtual Edge
  • Wage Works
