STEP ONE: On your Advantage-provided Windows computer, make sure you are on the Advantage VPN before following these steps to change your password.
IMPORTANT: A quick way to verify your Windows computer is connected to Advantages' VPN is via trying to connect to an Office Network Drive or by checking the VPN connection status.
STEP TWO: From the desktop, press the following keys: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and then click the
Change a password option.
STEP THREE: Next, you will select this Change a password.
STEP FOUR: Enter your password in the fields provided, then click the "Arrow" next to the
"Confirm Password" field.
On Error: If the password change is unsuccessful, you will receive an error and will need to try again. If you are still unable to change your password after multiple attempts, please contact the Helpdesk for assistance.
